Add macOS-friendly keymap for GMMK Pro (ANSI) (#14333)
* Add macOS keymap for GMMK Pro (ANSI)
* Change macOS keymap directory name to lowercase
* Add toggleable layer with alternative keymap for function row
* Update readme
