[Keyboard] New Keyboard: KBDPad MKI (#6452)

* initial commit

* define pins used and matrix size

* update readme

* delete un needed files

* make an appropriate switch matrix

* create appropriate keymap

* one little typo

* add QMK Configurator support

* Update keyboards/kbdfans/kbdpad/mk1/info.json
