[Keyboard] Move existing boards to Kingly_Keys and add more boards (#6879)
* try to fix and orginize to Kingly_Keys subfolder and add various keyboard support
* fixed layout nomenclature and rules.mk pref
* modified readme for smd_milk
* fixed layout name in little_foot.h
