[Keyboard] Add Pulse 4k, a macropad by Maxr1998 (#6195)
* Add Pulse 4k, a macropad by Maxr1998
* Some config tweaks
* Remove image note
* Add license headers
* Fix media keys
* Remove Play/pause again as it doesn't work on Linux
